Pierre brings nearly 40 years of experience in strategy, M&A and governance within the premium and luxury consumer goods sector, combining institutional transaction expertise with hands-on board-level involvement.
Pierre was most recently Co-Head of Merchant Banking at Stanhope Capital, one of the world’s leading independent global wealth management and advisory firms.
Prior to joining Stanhope Capital in 2021, Pierre founded and led Savigny Partners, a corporate finance advisory firm focused on retail and luxury. Over 15 years, he advised on numerous high-profile transactions across fashion, retail, leather goods, and watches & jewellery.
During this period, he has also held non-executive board roles with several leading brands, including Acne Studios, Lanvin, Smythson, Luvanis, and GNL, providing direct exposure to operational, governance and shareholder-level decision-making.
Earlier in his career, Pierre served as Head of M&A at LVMH during a defining phase of the Group’s development. Working closely with CEO Bernard Arnault between 1998 and 2004, he played a central role in a period of targeted acquisitions and disposals aimed at strengthening LVMH’s fashion portfolio and building its Watches & Jewellery division into a global leader.
Pierre began his career in investment banking at Bankers Trust in 1987. Over a decade, he rose to Head of French M&A and led several landmark privatisations in Eastern Europe.

Charles has 30 years of experience across strategy, M&A and executive leadership, with a rare combination of transactional expertise and direct operational responsibility within premium and luxury consumer businesses.
Charles founded and led Louve, an advisory firm specialising in brand, product and distribution strategy, as well as fundraising and M&A for premium and luxury consumer companies such as Kering and innovative start-ups across apparel, accessories, jewellery, skincare, e-health and green mobility.
Prior to Louve, Charles spent nearly a decade at Kering, where he served as Head of M&A. Working closely with CEO François-Henri Pinault and the Group Executive Committee, he played a key role in reshaping Kering from a diversified group with retail and sports activities into a focused luxury pure-player.
In parallel, Charles combined advisory responsibilities with operational leadership. He was directly involved in the creation of Kering Eyewear and subsequently held executive roles as CEO of Kering Eyewear Japan and Global Managing Director of DoDo Jewels, giving him first-hand experience of brand development, merchandising, distribution, international expansion, day-to-day management.
Earlier in his career, Charles co-led the M&A team at Orange, managing complex technology, media and telecom transactions across Europe, Asia and Africa. He began his career as a corporate lawyer at Coudert Brothers, based in France, China, the US and the UK.
